Getting started

To sign up for a libraryh3lp.com account, register on the web at http://libraryh3lp.com. Use the account you register on the website as your "administrator" account to set up additional librarian operator accounts and queues for incoming patron chats. To monitor your queues, login with the librarian operator accounts using a Jabber client. Clients we have been testing with are Pidgin, Adium, and Psi.

You may get a warning about a self-signed certificate. That's accurate, but you can safely ignore it and proceed.
